Author is confuse about what he actually want to say. His criticism of burocracy can't be underestimated but always comparing RAW with Army can't be justified. As in every govt dept officials of RAW may be corrupt but that is not news for us. What I was expecting that author will give some details about the operations of RAW and why it fails or succeeded but there is hardly any such information. This book is like daily office diary of a govt employee who is crying about the problems but doing nothing to fix that or at least to suggest how things can be fixed. Again and again mentioning that ARMY guys are outsider and more capable than IPS of RAW is not generating any interest in reading.
This book is not worth the cost and time.
