I have not read this book, but I have experienced the working of R&AW. It is filled up with the officers like " jo apni kabiliyat par is service par lage" and very merciless peoples, there is no sympathy to them for their collegues, Since it is an External Intelligence Agency, any Anti-National Element, may nab or kidnap the official of R&AW for the Secret documents ). But these peoples will never tries to trace their collegues & his whereabouts, when if he absents from the duty, writes a letter to his address, "to join on the duty", Bus aana kam karna aur jaana aur mahine ke end main paisa lena".
No patritorism for the nation also, since belongs to only form 'Delhi'.
