While the Section1 of this book mainly appeals to Winco s , its HR values are applicable to any managerial post even in civilian life.
The Section2 is relevant for readers with an interest in geopolitics. The shift towards a more strategic role of the IAF from a purely tactical one is very clearly explained.
Overall makes for a great read but requires a certain level of maturity and interest. Not for the casual reader looking for glorious dogfights and cocky fighter pilot stories.
